Static Device Location Not Shown On The Map

Click on your device and then click 'Go to Device'.




If the device is connected to a static asset, go to "Settings" on the Device page;



 Click on: "Device Details"; 



Enter the "Static Longitude" and the "Static Latitude" map references of the device and ensure the static asset toggle is green. 




Click on: "Save Changes" located at the bottom of the page.
