The Settings tab in the Vesscomm platform allows you to manage your personal information, time zone preferences, and billing details. 

Here’s an overview of the key features available in the Settings tab:

  1. Billing Details:

    • You can update your name, email address, contact details, and physical address within the Billing Details section.
    • Ensure your contact information is always up to date for accurate communication and billing.
  2. Timezone Settings:

    • A Timezone drop-down menu is provided for you to select the appropriate time zone.
    • Adjusting the time zone ensures that all time-based data within the platform is displayed correctly for your specific location.
  3. Password Update:

    • You can update your password by entering a new one.
  4. Save Changes:
    • After making any changes to your billing details, time zone, or password, ensure you click the “Save Changes” button to confirm your updates.
  5. Billing Portal:

    • At the top of the settings page, there is a Billing Portal button. This will direct you to a secure pop-up window with instructions on how to access the billing portal.
    • The billing portal is provided by a third-party payment processor that employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your payment information.
    • Through the portal, you can update your card information, view previous billing history, and manage your subscription.
